Path 1: Helper at Home

Concessionary levy ($60/mo) may apply if household has a Singapore Citizen aged 65+ or a person with disability; otherwise standard levy is $300/mo.
MediSave does not cover helper cost.

Path 2: Day Care Centre

Subsidised rates apply means-testing by per-capita household income. PR receives about half of SC subsidy rate; non-resident has no subsidy.
Note: Ensure evening/night caregiving arrangement at home.

Path 3: Nursing Home

If eligible, this calculator applies up to $750/mo MediSave offset against nursing home fees.
MOH is enhancing LTC subsidies from July 2026. Rates above reflect current 2025 figures.
Deposit usually $3,000–$5,000 one-time (~$83–$139/mo over 3 years).
